PHASE 1
Recover
Start with opportunities already inside your business: missed inquiries, unsold estimates, stalled leads, no-shows, and eligible past customers.
Lead recovery + revenue automation for home services
You already paid to create the opportunity. Lead Recovery Works installs and manages the response, follow-up, booking, and reactivation systems that help your team convert more of it — without replacing the people or tools that already work.
Built for established HVAC, plumbing, and other appointment-driven home-service companies with active lead flow or a meaningful customer database.
The problem
A call goes unanswered while your team is on a job. Without a fast response, the homeowner may call the next company on the list.
A website inquiry waits until the next morning. By then, the customer may already have booked elsewhere.
An estimate receives one follow-up and then goes quiet. A promising opportunity can sit untouched in the pipeline.
A previous customer is never reminded that service is due, leaving a timely repeat-service opportunity untouched.
None of these look dramatic inside your CRM. Together they create a steady leak between your marketing spend and your calendar. More traffic cannot fix a broken follow-up process. It only makes the leak more expensive.
The method
One coherent system, built in the correct order. We fix the leak before we turn up the faucet.
Start with opportunities already inside your business: missed inquiries, unsold estimates, stalled leads, no-shows, and eligible past customers.
Install the response, qualification, follow-up, booking, and escalation workflows that prevent new opportunities from going quiet.
Once your conversion system is functioning and measurable, add qualified appointment campaigns with transparent tracking.
Most agencies stop when the lead arrives. We start there.
The best place to start
We select one defined pool of eligible unbooked leads, unsold estimates, missed opportunities, no-shows, or past customers due for service. We review contact eligibility and consent, clean and segment the data, build the recovery sequence in your company's voice, route replies toward appointments or your staff, and track every outcome.
You approve every message before anything sends. No ad spend. No CRM replacement. No long-term agreement.
The core system
After the Sprint shows what is recoverable, the Always-On Lead Conversion System helps keep new opportunities moving — using the CRM, phone system, and tools you already pay for wherever possible.
Eligible missed calls get an immediate next step instead of relying on voicemail and good intentions.
New web inquiries and supported lead sources get a timely, relevant reply while the customer is still looking.
Open estimates get structured follow-up based on service type, value, and customer response.
Unconfirmed appointments and leads that went quiet receive an appropriate next step.
AI-assisted workflows answer common questions, gather job details, request appointments, and escalate exceptions after hours.
Seasonal reminders, maintenance opportunities, and win-back campaigns keep previous customers from being forgotten.
When conversion is ready
Once your response, booking, and attribution path is working, we can add trackable campaigns designed to create qualified local appointment opportunities—not another pile of raw leads.
Depending on the engagement, this can include offer strategy, dedicated landing pages, call and form tracking, paid-search or local campaign management through approved specialists, qualification, follow-up, booking routes, and cost-per-opportunity reporting.
We do not recommend adding paid traffic until your team and systems can respond to it reliably.
Discuss appointment growthOur approach to AI
Routine questions, initial qualification, reminders, appointment requests, and repetitive follow-up can be automated. Emergencies, unusual situations, upset customers, price objections, and high-value opportunities need a clear path to a person.
Every Lead Recovery Works workflow includes defined escalation rules, responsible staff ownership, and a fallback process. We design the handoff so customers can reach a person when the situation calls for one—and so your team receives the conversation with the context needed to act.
How we build it
Review how calls, web inquiries, estimates, no-shows, and previous customers are currently handled.
Map your CRM, phone, forms, calendar, inbox, staff responsibilities, and available integrations — starting with what you already own.
Build the messages, timing, qualification questions, and booking logic. Before outreach, we complete a documented contact-source, consent, suppression, and opt-out checklist with your team. The client confirms the contact data and lawful basis for the selected segment.
Move routine opportunities forward automatically and route exceptions to the right person with context.
Track what happened, identify failure points, refine the workflow, and expand only after the system is proven.
Fit check
Programs are scoped around lead volume, locations, workflows, integrations, and growth goals. The Revenue Leak Audit determines the appropriate starting point — pricing is discussed there, once we've seen what's actually in your pipeline.
Straight answers
Usually not. We begin with whatever runs your shop—including systems such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber—and review the features and integrations available to your account. Additional tools are recommended only where a real gap exists. Platform names are examples, not claims of partnership.
No. AI handles repetitive communication, initial qualification, after-hours coverage, and routine booking steps. Complex or sensitive conversations are escalated to a person with full context.
Not automatically—and you should be cautious of anyone who says yes. You provide and confirm how contacts were collected, the available consent records, and suppression or opt-out information. We help operationalize that review, configure opt-out controls, and coordinate any required carrier registration. Uncertain segments may require legal review before outreach.
The Recovery Sprint is intentionally narrow, but launch timing depends on complete data, approvals, and any required carrier registration. Current provider review times can take days or weeks, and revisions may extend them. We confirm the working schedule in writing after the audit.
We do not guarantee revenue, completed jobs, or sales. For qualifying Recovery Sprints, we may offer a written performance commitment based on qualified appointment opportunities. The target, counting rules, client responsibilities, campaign start date, exclusions, and remedy are documented before launch.
Qualified Appointment Growth is available after your response, booking, and attribution process has been reviewed. We don't recommend pouring paid traffic into a process that can't reliably convert it.
